Our results suggest that while commercial VPN services seem, on the whole, less likely to intercept or tamper with user traffic than other, previously studied forms of traffic proxying, many VPNs do leak user traffic-perhaps inadvertently-through a variety of means. We design an active measurement system to test various infrastructural and privacy aspects of VPN services and evaluate 62 commercial providers.
Due to their own lack of technical sophistication and the opaque nature of VPN clients, however, the vast majority of users have limited means to verify a given VPN service's claims along any of these dimensions. This paper aims to contribute by highlighting significant parameters integrated in the knowledge base of the Intelligent Interface of Monitoring the Service Guarantee (IIMSG). It then becomes necessary to establish the threshold of parameters that can compromise the service of course delivery alive because of the multimedia traffic constraints. This new model uses hybrid architecture based on the interconnection between Internet and GSM (Global System for Mobile).
Using these techniques, some recent works highlight the advantages to build a New Generation of Digital Open Universities (DOUNG). An example is given by the distance education, the electronic learning, or the mobile learning (m-learning) and the cloud learning. The method of course exemption is improved through technology evolution.
